Northeast Denver
Park Hill & Central Park
Brick bungalows, Tudors and foursquares on wide, tree-lined streets, next door to Denver's largest new-build neighborhood.
Park Hill is one of Denver's original streetcar suburbs, platted in 1887 and built out between the 1890s and the 1930s. The result is a continuous record of early-20th-century residential architecture: brick bungalows with deep front porches, Denver Squares, Tudor Revivals and Dutch Colonials, laid out along boulevards like Montview and 17th Avenue Parkway with their double rows of mature elms and oaks.
Immediately east, Central Park (renamed from Stapleton in 2020) occupies the site of the former airport. It is Denver's largest residential neighborhood by area, planned around roughly 50 parks and a connected trail network, with everyday retail at Eastbridge Town Center and the Shops at Northfield and an A-Line commuter rail stop at Central Park Station for a direct ride to Union Station or Denver International Airport.
Shurie has listed and sold homes throughout North Park Hill for more than a decade, including her current listing at 2343 Dahlia Street, a studs-up renovation of a 1910 brick bungalow.
