Privacy policy

This site belongs to Shurie Fletcher, a Colorado real estate broker affiliated with Compass. It is a simple, mostly static website, and it collects very little. Here is exactly what it does.

What we collect

Contact form. When you send a message, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, your stated interest (buying, selling, both or a general question), your message, and the page you sent it from. This information is used solely to respond to you.

Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare records basic request information (IP address, browser type, pages requested) in transient logs used for security and reliability.

Nothing else. There are no accounts, no newsletter sign-ups, no advertising pixels and no social-media trackers on this site.

How form submissions are delivered

Messages are processed by a small program running on Cloudflare Workers and delivered to Shurie's email inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing. Where configured, a copy may also be sent to a customer-relationship system so your inquiry is not lost. Your information is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and it is not used for marketing lists.

To protect the form from automated abuse we use a hidden field that only bots fill in and Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a brief, usually invisible check and may set a short-lived cookie on pages with a form solely to tell people from bots.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service that measures page views without cookies, fingerprinting or tracking you across other sites. The site itself sets no cookies for advertising or personalization. Any site preferences are kept in your own browser only.

Photography and listing data

Property photographs are owned or licensed by the agent for marketing the homes shown. Listing and sale details are sourced from REcolorado and Compass and are provided for informational purposes; see the disclosures in the footer.

Links to other sites

The site links to Compass, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Maps and Colorado Premier Staging. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Your choices

You can contact Shurie directly by phone or email instead of using the form. If you have sent a message and would like it deleted, email shurie.fletcher@compass.com and it will be removed from her inbox and any connected system.
