Douglas and Arapahoe Counties
Parker, Centennial & the South Metro
Newer neighborhoods with mountain views, Cherry Creek State Park, the Denver Tech Center, and a historic Mainstreet in Parker.
The south metro runs from Cherry Hills Village and Greenwood Village through Centennial to Parker and Castle Pines. Centennial, incorporated in 2001, is largely 1970s–2000s neighborhoods such as Willow Creek and the Southglenn area, with the Streets at SouthGlenn, Cherry Creek State Park (4,200 acres and an 880-acre reservoir) and the Denver Tech Center employment hub along I-25.
Parker has grown from a stage stop on the Cherry Creek Trail into a town of nearly 60,000 while keeping a genuine downtown: Mainstreet's Western-Victorian storefronts, the PACE Center for performing arts and the summer Parker Days festival. Its neighborhoods, Cottonwood, Bradbury Ranch, Tallman Gulch and the Pinery among them, range from quarter-acre lots to multi-acre homesites with views of Pikes Peak and the Front Range.
Shurie's south-metro sales include a seven-bedroom home on 1.5 acres at 8203 Merryvale Trail in Parker, listings in Cottonwood and Bradbury Ranch, 8876 East Phillips Place in Centennial's Willow Creek, and representing buyers in Castle Pines, Cherry Hills Village and southeast Aurora.
